Verbier
is the main village of the so-called “Four Valley” region. Inspite of
its size the place has kept a certain rural charm and the hotels and
holiday apartments do not disturb that flair.
Being located at 1600m above sea level, skiers and snowboarders will
find the area ideal. Haute-Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon 2000 all form
part of this ski resort. The region is crowned by Mont Fort (3300m).
On account of the size of Verbier, there is a large number of
accommodation on offer, be it a luxury hotel or a simple holiday
apartment. Both families and single travellers will find all sizes of
chalets, holiday apartments and hotels in Verbier. A holiday house can
also be found in different sizes. |
