  St. Christina lies in the sunny centre of the
Grödner Valley. At 1428m
above sea level there are many holiday apartments, chalets and hotels.
The village is especially popular with families, hikers and skiers,
but relaxation can also be found here.
There is a large variety of
culture and sports on offer. The various ski resorts offer fitting
slopes both for beginners as well as for adventurous spirits – all
with a spectacular backdrop. The slopes on the Seceda are especially
sunny, whereas the ones in Ciampinoi are particularly varied. The
Saslonch run, which is well known because of the world cup races,
begins here. With the subterranean cable car you can get from St.
Christina to Col Raiser the slopes on the south side are better
accessible. Apart from skiing you can also go ice climbing and
ice-skating during the winter.
After so much activity, you will enjoy the lovely hotels, holiday
apartments and chalets even more. On the many hiking trails you can
enjoy nature and relax. Paragliding, riding and tennis are further
popular outdoor activities. The public bath “Mar Dolomit” in St.
Ulrich is ideal for relaxation. St. Christina is very varied, the most
