The Dolomites, a mountain range of the Southern Limestone Alps,
distribute among the Italian provinces of South Tyrol, Belluno and
Trento.
The Dolomites, about 150 kilometres long and up to 80 kilometres wide,
are bounded on the north by the Puster Valley, on the east by the
Sexten, Kreuzbergsattel and Piave, on the south by the Piave, the line
Feltre-Genebe / Enego and the Val Sugana and on the west by the
valleys of Etsch and Eisack.

paradise for hikers and mountain climbers and in winter the top

The highest mountain of the Dolomites is the Marmolata with 3342
meters in height; there are further 17 summits, which likewise reach
heights of over 3000 meters. Other well-known mountains are the Three
Peaks (Drei Zinnen), the Sexten Dolomites, the Sella, the Rosengarten,
the Geisler Mountain Group and the Langkofel Mountain Group.

The climate in the Dolomites is much more moderate throughout the year

In summer many very beautiful hiking trails lure with breath-taking

the Three Peaks (Drei Zinnen). There are ten different Dolomite high
routes, on which you can cross the Dolomites within one to three
weeks.
In winter awaits you a fantastic skiing paradise with stunning ski
runs, well maintained cross-country ski runs and numerous further
winter sports possibilities such as ice skating, tobogganing, snow
shoe tours and much more.
