Oberstaufen is situated directly in the middle of the
border region to the Austrian Vorarlberg and the Western Allgäu.
The holiday region of Oberstaufen offers each holidaymaker a
multiplicity of activities. Here you can practise sports such as
paragliding, hiking, mountain climbing, horse riding as well as
sailing and surfing on the nearby alpine lake. Ramblers and hikers

With 40 km of slopes for beginners and professionals, winter sports
become an experience for everybody.
Cross-country ski runs with a length of ca. 100 km are available.
You have a marvellous view onto the mountain world of the Allgäuer
Alps while walking along the 60 km long, well groomed winter hiking
trails. A horse-drawn sleigh ride is very romantic and provides a
perfect setting for relaxation.
To conclude a varied winter day you are awaited by the local
