Hindelang lies at 825m above sea level in the wide Ostrach Valley, the nature reserve of the Allgäu Alps and one of the sunniest spots in Germany. The holiday destination Bad Hindelang with its six districts is said to be very salutary.

In the summer, a great hiking region is yours. You can take the mountain railway to start from higher up. From there you have a fantastic view both of the valley and the mountains.
