 Ischgl
offers a huge skiing area where no desires remain unfulfilled. Also
the hotels, holiday apartments and chalets almost satisfy all wishes.
The interconnected skiing area comprises 230 km of downhill runs and
40 lift systems. It also provides a half-pipe, a snowboard fun park, a
carving slope, toboggan runs and much more. The main skiing area lies
at an altitude of between 2,000 and 2,872 m above sea level and with
its snow-secure north-facing runs, skiing is possible from the end of
November to the beginning of May. Throughout the whole year many
guests come to Ischgl, the offer of hotels, holiday apartments and
chalets is accordingly large.
There are 35 tours at altitudes of up to 2,850 m offered to mountain
bikers. A hiking arena let stir the hiker’s blood. You will find over
300 km of groomed and well-marked hiking trails, hut tours, summit
tours and much more.
Who doesn’t like to aim so high can go for walks on valley hiking
trails with a length of more than 20 km. The surrounding mountain
world with the majestic 3-thousanders offers a fantastic and
unforgettable panorama.
